Michael A. Duniec, known to readers as Mike, writes about money, ownership, technology, and the choices that shape our future. His experience with Bitcoin began with GPU mining in 2011, connecting software and electricity with the practical realities of equipment, maintenance, and financial risk. He holds a Master of Science in Commercial Enterprise in Space from Florida Institute of Technology.
He is the author of Crypto and Bitcoin and The Golden Bitcoin, which use accessible explanations and story-driven teaching to explore money, custody, energy, and emerging technology. Crypto and Bitcoin received Gold and Silver medals from the Global Book Awards and a Bronze Medal from the Readers’ Favorite International Book Awards.
